- 10:35 AM Toddler Tales is a program for two- and three-year olds featuring easy-to-understand stories, songs, and activities. This program is held in the Youth Services Program Room of the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library every Monday morning from June 4 through July 23. Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. There is no cost to attend, and registration is not necessary for this program.
